Team Lead for Data Analyst Team

Working with a team of web veterans and possessing a passion for numbers and statistics, our Team Lead will work within our Analysis & Insights Team.  You will interpret and provide solutions to client issues covering marketing and media optimisation, ROI analysis, audience analysis and segmentation, lifetime customer value, predictive analytics……..the list goes on!

We are searching for an individual who possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a natural curiosity and creativity around combining statistics and numerical patterns.  Most importantly you must be able to present your insights in the form of a narrative and have a passion for storytelling.  You will have the enthusiasm to investigate, solve and present analysis to clients with challenges across marketing, product, ROI and effectiveness, providing simple and tangible solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education: School Of Business, Statistics or a relevant degree

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing
  • 5+ years experience in project management or digital marketing in placements  such as:
    • Consulting firms (eg, strategy, organization, change management, information systems, etc..)
    • Publishers
    • Media buying agencies (eg general or specialized agencies all media online)
  • Established analytical skills and strong appetite for technology paired with excellent diagnostic skills to analyze and identify discrepancies within data sets
  • Knowledge of the main channels of online acquisition: search engines (SEO, SEM, bid-management tools), display, email marketing, e-commerce, social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc..) AdExchange, mobile Internet, smartphones applications or tablets, etc.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Advanced Excel VBA or coding skills such as R, SQL
  • Broad knowledge of the MarTech landscape with  deep knowledge in at least one area
  • Understanding of the statistical algorithms typically used in Marketing Analytics
