At Sparkline, we are in the people business! Our Marketing and Accounting Executive will be passionate about supporting our Account Management team with their Sales pursuits by building and developing effective marketing processes, campaigns and documenting key
client information on our CRM system with expert precision and attention to detail!

This role will be ideal for someone who is excited by the opportunity to work within a diverse team in a collaborative manner expressing and applying their creative passion to effectively deliver our brand, communicate our ability to support growth and help people flourish!



As a reputable problem solver you will use your big picture ideas and effective communication skills to help the team remove roadblocks to success.  Possessing knowledge and passion for the digital space, you will mentor less experienced members to help them develop their skills and drive their performance.  You will be focused on driving efficiencies across all client impacting processes.

You will establish yourself as a recognised business partner with an in-depth knowledge of your client’s business.  You will be able to anticipate, address and escalate client impacting issues to ensure the client and Sparkline’s management team are aware. In turn, this unique perspective will allow you to identify new areas of interest and value added opportunities to expand our relationship with the customer.  


As part of our team you will add the following value:

Role Duties:

  • Manage daily admin duties to facilitate marketing processes and brand communications
  • Support the development of digital marketing campaigns for all existing and new clients and users of Sparkline services
  • Assist in planning, research and partnership discussions and assist various teams across the company to ensure marketing and communications is delivered with professionalism and personality!
  • You will also be responsible for the ongoing management and development of our client information and data which sits across various CRM tools and platforms internally
  • You will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure our client accounts are effectively and consistently serviced anc communicated to, recording action items and deliverables during key client meetings/WIP calls
  • Assist in facilitation of various events and seminars the company will hold or attend throughout the calendar year as well as becoming responsible for the management and consistent update of the company’s social media platforms



  • Degree or equivalent within Marketing or Business Management or any other relevant studies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally 1+ year working experience working in a similar role whereby you have had exposure to supporting and developing new client accounts and working closely with sales/business development teams (though not essential we will look at recent graduates with relevant educational experience)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate a creative flair and passion and a hunger for supporting growth internally across a small yet rapidly flourishing organisation
  • Ability to grasp the management of Social Media platforms quickly and effectively and a flair for communicating brand and ‘message’ through effective use of these channels
  • An eye for detail is key as well as organisation skills; managing our CRM tool is vital to ensuring our marketing and consulting proposition campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and on point to reflect our awesome services and culture!
