8th March, a day to celebrate gender equality. International Women’s Day celebrates women’s achievements in all areas of society, from politics to business, religion to sports. Women across the globe are excelling in all these fields, and this deserves recognition.

Meet Raihana, Sparkline’s Business Development Executive. She does a superb job of overseeing our clients & works with them to help accelerate their digital analytics efforts. Raihana, tells us about her own approach to balance for better by joining the tech community — a challenging journey but ultimately, breaking the stereotype by owning & being a women representative within the industry.

Demrie, Technical Integrations Consultant, Sparkline

Demrie, works with our Technical team to provide the best solutions for our clients to ensure that they’re capturing relevant & important data. Having studied Electronic Engineering at College, she was always motivated to explore a subject that was “only for boys”. Now, working within the tech industry, she’s grateful to have followed her dreams & is being the change she wants to see.

Vanessa, Integration & Analytics Consultant, Sparkline

Vanessa assists our clients to gain the right information they need to make sound business decisions through actionable insights. Vanessa shares how having colleagues who have respected her for her work, and have not judged based on gender, has empowered her to progress within her career as a Women In Tech.
